What does this blog stand for?

Over the past few years, I've noticed myself gravitating towards a more conscious lifestyle. In the self-care department to be exact, with what I put into and on my body. (Far from being a saint though)

So through my infant blog, I'll bore you with all the tried and tested little things I indulge in and how you could too.
